Cue support

Cue is a teleprompter that follows your voice and takes hand gestures through the front camera. If something isn't working, email rhyskentish@gmail.com and say which iPhone and iOS version you're on. Replies usually come within a day.

Quick answers

The script doesn't move when I read

Check that Cue has microphone and speech recognition permission in Settings → Cue. Speech recognition runs on your phone; the first session may download a small model, which needs a moment on Wi-Fi.

Gestures don't register

Stand where the front camera can see your whole hand, hold the thumbs up for about a second, and make sure Gesture control is switched on in the Present sheet. You can always tap the screen for on-screen controls.

Where are my recordings?

In the Takes tab, grouped by script. Select the takes you want to export them to Photos or share the files. Recordings stay on your phone unless you export them.

I bought Cue Pro on another phone

Open Settings → Upgrade and tap Restore Purchases. Cue Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID.

How do I move a script between devices?

With Cue Pro, scripts sync through your iCloud account. There's no separate login.
