By using Cue you agree to these terms. They are short because the app is simple.
The app
Cue is a teleprompter app provided by Rhys Kentish ("we"). It is for personal and commercial use in making your own videos. You keep all rights to your scripts and recordings.
Cue Pro
Cue is free to use with the welcome script and one script of your own, with every feature. Cue Pro, an auto-renewing subscription, unlocks unlimited scripts and sync. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account at the price shown before you confirm, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cue to break the law, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the service. Gesture and speech recognition are best-effort and depend on your environment; don't rely on them in situations where a missed gesture could cause harm.
No warranty
Cue is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for lost recordings, missed takes or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to use Cue after a change means you accept it.
